To kill the microbes, you need to use your left-hand thumb to navigate the arrow and shoot by using the right-hand thumb. Kill as much microbes as you can without touching the boundary of the vein. Also, collect boosters and powerups while playing to boost your energy and speed of the game. The most challenging part of this game are turns and rounds.
