Description
Hanoe is a ball game with some similarities to shuffleboard, bowling and boule.
The purpose of the game is to throw as many bowls as possible inside the scoring zones, while the opponent attempts to knock them out so that no points are scored.
If a team fails to hit the scoring zones with any of their bowls, their opponent is not required to throw/roll/bounce their elimination bowls as the first team has scored 0 points.
If the first team has only one bowl in the scoring zone, their opponents have four chances to knock it out.
Of course, the more bowls one has in the scoring zone, the less chance the opposition has to knock out the bowls. It therefore becomes more difficult to prevent the opponent from scoring.
The team with the most points after 10 rounds wins the match. The match is played to completion even if one team has more points than their opponents can achieve with their remaining bowls.
